Ocurrio has developed many specialised courses for clients. We can develop customised accredited courses for individuals and companies. These will comprise selected Nationally Accredited Units of Competency to meet specific needs (eg) Safety Advisor On-Boarding for new safety advisors. We developed an integrated program for new safety advisors for Newcrest Cadia Valley Operations (CVO). This included 6 key Units of Competency to support new safety advisors as they started their roles. This program included face-to-face training, on-line learning and assessments, practice and application of learnings in the field/on site for several months and submission of evidence such as videos and reports.
