The Candidate Handbook includes information about the support services. This includes but not necessarily limited to:
- Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LNN) Support
- Options such as flexible learning options, study break, additional learner support and “catch-up” sessions
- Accessibility and Disability support – generally relates to company training premises where face-to-face sessions are held.
